We are an authorized service center for most makes and models. Our dedicated staff is knowledgeable on how to fix almost every make and model of vacuum or shampooers, which include, but are not limited to the below:
Rainbow, Rug Doctor, Lindhaus, Sanitaire, Eureka, Electrolux, Simplicity, Riccar, Hoover, Oreck, Bissel, Shark, Dyson, Filter Queen, Tristar (Compact or Little Pig).
Services
To keep your machine cleaning properly, you should get a full Clean & Service at least once a year! The more you use it or misuse it, the more often it may need to be serviced.
Above are examples of misuse and being overdue for service. The image on the left is a machine that was run without the bag properly installed. This can do damage to the motor. The images on the right are of machines that were run to full capacity and not serviced. We're just located in Downtown South Bend, so come see us for repairs and updates!
Service prices are subject to change. These are all starting price estimates, based upon the model of the machine. Parts may be extra.

Clean and Service
- Just like an oil change, we will go over your machine thoroughly
- Clean out all parts and pieces
- Check out all working parts to ensure it is working at full capacity (parts that need to be replaced will be extra)

Deposits on Shampooers
- When you get your shampooer cleaned and serviced or repaired, we require a deposit of at least $25 to cover the labor of getting into the machine. These machines are more complicated to open up and we have had too many customers give up on the machine and leave it here.
- When you come to pick up the machine the deposit will go towards what you owe.

Unclog or a Belt Change
- These simple services are usually available while you wait (as long we have enough manpower to do so)
- Some clogs are more complicated to find and remove, depending on what is stuck in the machine, so the more difficult the clog the more we will have to charge to remove it.
- The Belt Change varies on the price of the belt and difficulty of the belt change (Dyson is the most complicated and sometimes requires replacement of the entire clutch, which cannot be done while you wait).
